The following is a brief outline of our services and information on how to let a property:

• Register with us
• Find a property
• Reserve property with £150 holding fee*
• Receipt of satisfactory reference checks
• Tenancy agreement signed
• Pay all fees, rent and damage deposit (less holding fee)
• Keys released with information letter and statement of all transactions

*The holding fee is non-refundable should you decide not to go ahead with the tenancy or if your references prove unsatisfactory.
